Singapore's leading media company, MediaCorp, has appointed Mr Shaun Seow as its Chief Executive Officer and Board Director with immediate effect. His appointment comes after an intensive executive search to fill the position of MediaCorp CEO after Mr Lucas Chow resigned in January 2011. "I am very pleased that the new CEO is a homegrown talent from within the organization" said MediaCorp Chairman, Mr Teo Ming Kian.
